I bought a Mixtrack Pro II a couple of months ago, and without heavy use the left jog wheel has stopped responding. At first i thought it was a problem with the mapping, but iv tried remapping the device and using different software. still no response. Is there any way to fix this or do i need to send it away to be repaired? Not really sure the protocol, if it was my vinyl turntables I would send them off to be repaired right away but i feel this may just be a software issue

- Unfortunately the right jog actually works the way it is supposed to, but the left one only has touchpad sensitivity. When I attempt to map the left jog wheel, I click the 'learn' function in the Traktor, turn the jog wheel and I get no channel response from Traktor. I use 2.5 version of Traktor and the mapping Numark website provides.
