If you're using a Windows-based computer, make sure your Mixtrack Pro 3 is not selected as the default soundcard: Make sure all of your programs are closed. Navigate to your Start Menu Control Panel Sound. Right click on your Mixtrack Pro 3 and select Disable. The controller should now connect with Serato DJ. Make sure the Mixtrack Pro 3 is detected by your computer. The Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 is a class-compliant MIDI and audio device. There is no need to download drivers or check for OS compatibility as both Windows and Mac OSX will recognize the controller automatically. Jun 06, 2017 However, ever since reinstalling Serato, I can't get my Mixtrack Pro 3 to work correctly. It shows up just fine in Audio Midi Setup, and as in output in audio preferences, AND it lights up as usual when I connect it, but I cannot use it to control Serato. The usual display changes do not occur either. Mixtrack pro 3 works with djay pro not serato.
